CERT Solutions are supporting a network of inclusive Special Schools across Central Birmingham seeking SEN PPA Teachers to provide flexible cover across all key stages. You’ll cover across classrooms offering subject delivery, curriculum enrichment or cover for teacher absence — a brilliant fit if you enjoy variety, adaptability and SEN creativity.
📍 Location: Birmingham (Central)
📅 Start Date: September 2025
🕒 Type: Full-time or part-time | Ongoing
In this role, you’ll:
- Teach across EYFS, primary and secondary SEN classes
- Work with students with complex needs, Autism, and communication differences
- Use pre-prepared resources to deliver structured lessons
- Work closely with welcoming staff teams in well-resourced settings
What we’re looking for:
- QTS with SEN or mainstream experience
- Flexible and confident across different age groups
- Understanding of Autism, MLD, PMLD or SEMH
- Someone who loves variety and can jump in with confidence
