Are you a passionate and experienced PMLD teacher looking for your next long-term role?
CERT Solutions are working with a welcoming and supportive special school in Handsworth that caters to pupils with PMLD. They are seeking a full-time PMLD Teacher to join their dedicated team starting September 2025.
About the Role:
- Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
- Daily rate: £160 – £200, depending on experience
- Working across EYFS to Post-16, supporting pupils with complex medical, sensory, and physical needs
- Small class sizes with excellent support staff
- Planning and delivering personalised, sensory-based learning
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have previous experience working with pupils with PMLD
- Be confident using a multi-sensory approach to teaching and learning
- Have a deep understanding of complex needs, including physical disabilities, medical needs, and communication difficulties
- Be nurturing, patient, and adaptable
- Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
