Description
We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate PMLD Teacher to join a warm and supportive special school in Handsworth. You’ll be working with pupils with profound and multiple learning disabilities, creating sensory-rich learning experiences and supporting their communication, physical, and emotional development.
What you’ll be doing:
- Planning creative, sensory-based lessons
- Supporting pupils’ physical development, including fine & gross motor skills
- Working closely with therapists and specialist staff
- Providing a safe, caring, and inclusive environment
Requirements:
- QTS and experience teaching pupils with PMLD
- Confidence with sensory activities and personal care
- Patience, creativity, and a collaborative approach
