Are you a compassionate and experienced teacher with a passion for supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties? We are currently seeking a dedicated PMLD Teacher to join a welcoming and well-resourced special school in Handsworth on a full-time basis.

The Role:
- Deliver engaging, sensory-based lessons tailored to pupils with PMLD
- Support students with complex needs, including medical, physical, and communication needs
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Proven experience working with PMLD or within a special school setting
- A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting pupils with complex needs
