We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher with a specialism in PSHE to join a well-established specialist provision on a permanent, full-time basis. This setting supports children and young people aged 7–19 with a range of special educational needs, including ASC, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced SEN teachers and those currently working in mainstream education who are looking to transition into a more specialised and rewarding environment.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging PSHE lessons focused on personal development and life skills
  • Support pupils in building confidence, independence, and emotional resilience
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet a wide range of complex needs
  • Create a structured, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including support staff and therapists

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A strong interest or experience in PSHE, personal development, or life skills education
  • A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people with SEND
