Are you a nurturing and experienced educational professional looking for a rewarding part-time role? A fantastic primary school in Stourbridge are looking for a qualified Teaching Assistant to join their team mornings only (until 12:30pm).
This role is working on a 1:1 basis, long term, with a child with SEMH. The school have behaviour plans in place as well as having additional support from other staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Positive positive reinforcement whilst being firm and fair
- Providing a warm, safe, and stimulating environment
- Working closely with ECHPs
- Helping to maintain records of children’s progress and wellbeing
Requirements:
- Relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Childcare/Education)
- Experience working within a similar setting or role.
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
