CERT Solutions are working in partnership with a large secondary school that are looking for two qualified Maths Teachers to s tart from September 2025
The roles are both long term and also PERM (If perm is something you’d want!) The school are flexible as long as they have two teachers that are available full time and able to commit to the full role of a long term teacher.
A Bit about the school:
The school is a large secondary based near Brierley Hill in Dudley. They are a large secondary with great transport links as well as a large on site car park.
Pay:
If you decided to take on the role long term via CERT Solutions you will be paid to scale MPS1 – UPS3 (£162 – £251 per day PAYE) depending on your current pay grade
PERM Rates will be negotiated between you and the school rather than being paid through supply!
What you’ll Do:
- Plan and deliver engaging and innovative KS3 and KS4 mathematics lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Supportive classroom environment that encourages students to thrive academically and personally.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to contribute to the school’s vibrant academic community.
- Be a mentor and guide for students, nurturing their curiosity and love for mathematics.
Requirements:
- A recognized teaching qualification with a focus on Mathematics (Bachelor’s in Education, PGCE, or QTS or QTLS).
- A strong background in Mathematics and a deep understanding of the curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a drive to continually improve teaching practices.
- Relevant teaching experience, preferably in a secondary school setting.
