CERT Solutions is delighted to be recruiting for Lunchtime Supervisors for a thriving and friendly primary school in Erdington. This is a long term position, offering a wonderful opportunity to become part of a supportive school community dedicated to providing a safe and happy environment for all pupils.
The Role:
- As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play a key role in helping children enjoy a positive lunchtime experience. Duties include:
- Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground, and other areas during the lunch break.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and inclusion through play and conversation.
- Assisting younger pupils with meals and ensuring the lunchtime period runs smoothly and safely.
- Promoting a caring, respectful, and fun atmosphere for all children.
The Ideal Candidate:

- Friendly, reliable, and enjoys working with children.
- Able to use initiative and promote positive behaviour.
- Committed to ensuring children’s wellbeing and safety.
- Available for lunchtime hours, Monday to Friday (term time only).
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
