CERT Solutions are looking to recruit Midday Supervisors in Kidderminster and the surrounding areas. As a Midday Supervisor, you will help ensure pupils have a safe, enjoyable, and well-structured lunchtime experience.
You will supervise children across different areas of the school, encouraging positive behaviour and supporting their social development.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to build experience within education, especially if you are interested in progressing into a Teaching Assistant or wider school-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils during lunchtime across the school
- Encourage positive behaviour and inclusive play
- Assist younger pupils with meals where needed
- Support a safe and structured environment
- Respond to minor incidents appropriately
- Follow safeguarding and school policies
Candidate Requirements
- Experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable, patient, and approachable nature
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
