CERT Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a wonderful primary school in the West Bromwich who are seeking a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team.

The school has a fantastic reputation for its comprehensive level of support. Staff work closely together to ensure children make excellent progress both academically and socially, and they have a strong commitment to fostering a culture of creative and engaging learning. This role will involve SEN support as well as supporting the teacher with whole class learning as well as leading small group interventions in literacy and numeracy.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Have recent experience supporting children in a primary school setting
  • Be confident delivering small group work and 1:1 support
  • Have a caring, adaptable and positive approach to working with children

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available once a successful candidate has been selected. The position is initially offered on a temporary basis, with the potential to become long-term for the right candidate.

All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
