CERT Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support the learning and development of children in a friendly and inclusive primary school setting in Walsall.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education, eager to make a difference in the classroom, and looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

The role is full time and will continue until July 2026.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Support pupils in small groups.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive interactions.
  • Prepare and organise learning materials and classroom resources.
  • Provide feedback to teachers on pupils’ progress and engagement.
  • Support children with additional needs as required.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about working with children
  • Able to work collaboratively with staff and follow direction
  • Proactive in supporting learning and managing classroom routines
  • Experience working with children
  • Possesses relevant qualifications (desirable)

All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
