Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a large, welcoming primary school in Harborne on a full-time, long-term basis.
Teaching across all KS1 year groups, the successful candidate will plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum, create a positive and inclusive learning environment, work collaboratively with the KS1 team and wider staff, and maintain high expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour and safeguarding.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds UK QTS (or equivalent)
- Has experience teaching in KS1 (ECTs welcome to apply)
- Is adaptable, enthusiastic and committed to raising standards
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
- Is passionate about nurturing young learners in a large, diverse school setting
