About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teaching and learning across the school. This is a full-time role where you will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education, lead small group interventions, and occasionally cover whole-class teaching when required.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualification
- Have experience working across a range of key stages
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be confident in leading learning activities independently
- Show initiative, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Be committed to the safeguarding and well-being of all pupils
