CERT Solutions are searching for a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a lovely two-form entry primary school in Acocks Green from September 2025.
As a HLTA, you will work closely with class teachers to support and lead learning activities across the school. Your role will involve delivering lessons, supporting groups and individual pupils, and contributing to the overall development and progress of the children.
This position is a full time, long term position with potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a recognised UK HLTA qualification (essential)
- Have experience working within a primary school setting
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills
- Be flexible, proactive, and passionate about supporting children’s learning
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
