Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Primary ECT (Early Career Teacher) ready to start your teaching career within a welcoming and supportive school community? CERT Solutions are working with a lovely primary school who are looking for an ECT eager to make a difference in the classroom.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an Early Career Teacher looking to gain valuable experience across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, while developing confidence, refining teaching skills, and building lasting relationships within supportive local schools.

As a Primary ECT you’ll have the chance to teach in a range of settings, delivering creative and engaging lessons that inspire children to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver exciting and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
  • Work closely with experienced mentors and supportive staff teams.
  • Promote children’s academic, emotional, and social development.
  • Reflect on your teaching practice to continue building your skills and confidence.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for primary education.
  • A proactive, flexible attitude to working in different school settings.
  • Willingness to engage with ongoing professional development.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).

All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
