Description
CERT Solutions are looking for caring and compassionate teaching assistants to join a large SEN provision, supporting children with complex needs. Although experience supporting SEN in a school setting is preferred, any personal or professional experience supporting complex needs is what actually matters to nurture the individuals.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, parents and staff
- Regularly communicating with teaching staff and senior leadership team to monitor progress and development of the pupils
- Helping to create a welcoming and nurturing learning environment
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
- Up to date safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
- Any personal or professional experience supporting complex needs in a school or care setting
To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional references
- All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
