CERT Solutions are recruiting for a confident and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to support a secondary SEMH classroom in a specialist Birmingham school. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, understands trauma-informed approaches, and is committed to helping young people regulate, re-engage and rebuild trust in education.

📅 Start Date: ASAP
🕒 Type: Full-time | Ongoing
In this role, you’ll:
• Support pupils with challenging behaviours and emotional needs
• Provide 1:1 and group support
• De-escalate and manage behaviour positively
• Build strong, trusted relationships with students and staff
What we’re looking for:
• Experience working with SEMH, PRU or behaviour support
• Strong classroom presence and calm under pressure
• Ability to set boundaries while being empathetic
• Relevant youth work or TA qualification is a plus
