Salary: Up to £50,000 (Highly Competitive)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

CERT Solutions are recruiting for a small, specialist independent school located near Meriden, supporting 22 students aged 11–19 with a primary focus on Autism and Anxiety-related needs. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assistant Headteacher/SENCO to join our talented leadership team and help shape the strategic and operational direction of the school.
About the Role:
As Assistant Headteacher/SENCO, you will play a vital role in leading SEN provision across the school, supporting staff, students, and families to ensure the highest standards of care and education. You will take on both strategic responsibilities and day-to-day operational leadership, working closely with the Headteacher and wider team to drive continued improvement and positive outcomes for all learners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous SENCO and/or school leadership experience is essential
- A deep understanding of Autism, anxiety, and associated needs in young people
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and support a team
- A confident, solutions-focused approach with exceptional communication skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to rural location)
