We a currently working on behalf of a secondary school in Aston, who are looking for a strong-minded Attendance Officer to join their dedicated team!

For this role you would need to have previous school experience within a similar role.
The school are looking for someone ASAP to work on a long term ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
- Be the attendance superhero – Monitor daily attendance records with eagle-eyed precision.
- Forge strong relationships with students, families, and staff to promote the importance of regular attendance.
- Implement creative strategies and incentives to boost student attendance and punctuality.
- Collaborate with teachers, counsellors, and administrators to identify and support students with attendance challenges.
- Celebrate successes and provide support and guidance to students facing barriers to attendance.
