Cert Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic school in Cradley Heath. This school are looking for a qualified and experienced SEN TA to work across their KS1 classes. You will need to be confident in taking small groups for 1-1 sessions. This s a full time, long term position and will need someone to be able to commit to the pupils and the role. We are looking for candidates who are experienced working with pupils with additonal needs.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Delivering small group or one to one catch up sessions
- Supporting pupils according to their individual needs
- Working with the class teacher to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons
Essential Requirements:
- Recent and relevant experience in an education setting
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification such as CACHE, Childcare, NNEB or relevant experience
- Ability to work effectively under the guidance of the classroom teacher
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
