CERT Solutions are looking to speak with candidates as soon as possible for an exciting opportunity within a specialist secondary school in the Selly Oak area, starting January 2026.
This role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support to a KS3 pupil, helping them to engage with learning and reach their full potential in a supportive and structured environment.
Location: Selly Oak
Start Date: January 2026
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Salary: £90 – £105 per day
Type: Full-time (with potential to become long-term)
Requirements & Experience:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health & Social Care, or similar, or
- Experience within support work, care homes, or residential settings
- Experience supporting children with SEN (school-based experience desirable)

About the School:
This specialist provision is committed to delivering high-quality support and education for pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASC and MLD. The team are looking for someone confident in delivering 1:1 support and able to work collaboratively with staff to meet the individual needs of each pupil.
