Are you a compassionate and patient SEN teaching assistant looking to make a real life difference on a 1:1 basis? We are recruiting for a dedicated TA to provide tailored support across a specialist school in Erdington.
Start date: ASAP
Location: Erdington
Salary: £90- £105
Type: Temp to perm
- You will be providing classroom support, communication and emotional regulation support.
- You will use strategies from EHCP’s and advice provided by other professionals to encourage the development of the pupils.
- You will monitor the progress and provide appropriate feedback to the class teacher and other professionals.
Do you have ?
- Relevant qualifications such as childcare, health and social care.
- A calm and nurturing approach.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Ability to built relationships
- Relevant experience such as school setting.
