AWR came into force in 2011, here at CERT Solutions we are very vigilant when workers hit their 12th week.

AWR gives staff the same rights as if they were permanently employed by end user (School, Academy / Local Authority).

Candidates are entitled to the same amount of pay as if they were employed directly with their end user (school, academy / local authority).

AWR Exclusions:

  • Pension
  • Retirement
  • Sick Pay
  • Redundancy payments
