Cert Solutions are currently looking for a nurturing and inclusive special academy catering to children and young people aged 3 to 19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). We are committed to providing high-quality education tailored to each student’s unique abilities, fostering independence, and preparing them for meaningful futures. The schools we work with offer a broad and balanced curriculum, enriched with practical and vocational experiences, to empower our students to achieve their full potential.

What skills and experience we’re looking for

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to individual pupils
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to design rich, cross-curricular learning experiences
  • Use your subject knowledge (including English, science, and ICT) to connect and deepen learning
  • Build strong, positive relationships that foster independence, confidence, and a love of learning
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Has a genuine passion for working with young people with special educational needs
  • Is reflective, resilient, and committed to ongoing professional development

All rates are inclusive of holiday pay.
