We are recruiting Support Workers, Care Assistants and Youth Workers to transition into SEN Teaching Assistant roles across a range of special schools in Birmingham.

About the role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with:
- Autism (ASC)
- SEMH and behavioural needs
- PMLD and complex needs
- Physical and learning disabilities
You will work either 1:1 or in small groups, helping students with their learning, emotional regulation, communication and personal development.

- Experience in care, support work, youth work, mental health or social care
