CERT Solutions are looking to meet candidates ASAP. We are looking for someone for a brilliant specialist secondary school in the Selly Oak area from after February half term. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to showcase their capabilities.
Location: Selly Oak
Salary: £90- £105
Type: Temp – perm
Hours: 8:30am- 3:30am
We are looking for someone who….
- Is passionate, calm and engaging.
- Has experience in mainstream provision ( SEN setting preferred)
- Has Relevant qualifications in either childcare L2/3.
- Has experience in health and social care.
- Has experience in a care home/ residential/ support work.
- Is familiar with working with children with additional needs such as autism, ASD.
Key responsibilities-
- Confident in providing 1:1 support.
- To liaise with other members of the team to understand all relevant needs of each individual.
- Ability to create a positive environment for the children to thrive and feel safe.
