Cert solutions are looking for a committed and caring SEN teaching assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Handsworth after February half term. If you have a passion for supporting children with additional needs and enjoy working collaboratively as a team then this role could be for you.
Location: Handsworth
Salary: £90 – £105
Type: Full time
Hours: 8:30 – 3:30
The Role:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN ( including ASD, BESD,MLD,PMLD,SLD)
- Support pupils in managing their behaviours positively.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support plans.
- Assist with personal, social and emotional development where required.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN.
- Enhanced DBS.
- Relevant qualifications such as childcare or health and social.
