Cert solutions are looking for focused, passionate and driven Male SEN teaching assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary SEN schools across Birmingham. We are looking for TA’s who have a passion about supporting children and young people with additional needs. The schools include those who work with children with needs from ASD, PMLD, SLD, SLCN and others.
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £90 – £110
Type: Temp with potential to go long term
Hours: 8:30 – 3:30
The role:
- Provide 1:1 support and small group support
- Assist and support teachers with lesson delivery
- Assist teacher with classroom management
- Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils

- Relevant experience in SEN, care, mentoring, support work.
- Someone with a calm, resilient and proactive approach.
- Someone with a genuine passion for others..
- Qualifications relevant to experience.
