We are seeking a reliable, organised and experienced Primary School Administrator to join a friendly and supportive primary school based in Aston. This is a full-time, long term supply position, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

This is a key role within the school, providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school office and supporting staff, pupils and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing pupil records and data using SIMS
  • Handling attendance, admissions, and general school administration
  • Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies
  • Supporting senior leaders with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience using SIMS (essential)
  • Previous experience in a school or similar administrative environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team
  • A professional, friendly, and approachable manner
