CERT Solutions are currently looking for 2 SEN teaching assistants to join a well established SEN school in Erdington.
- Position 1:
EYFS Class
Full time, long term until end of the academic year
Autism / Complex needs
Experience in a special school essential
- Position 2:
KS2/Year 6 class
Challenging behaviour
Full time, long term until end of the academic year
Autism / Complex needs
Experience in a special school essential
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEND/SEMH students.
- Knowledge of strategies to establish a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a dedicated approach to student development.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
