SEN Teaching Assistant required for a full time long term position in Erdington starting on 22nd September 2025 , with chance of the role turning permanent!
CERT Solutions are a family run 5* education agency, specialising in flexible day cover, short/long term assignments, as well as permanent contracts within schools across Birmingham/Sandwell/Dudley and surrounding areas.
We are currently working with an SEN school near Erdington, who require a full time SEN TA to join the team on a long term full time basis. Working days/hours would be Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.
The desired candidate(s) will be comfortable working with primary or secondary students with autism and prior experience in a SEN setting or Resource base would be ideal. The pay for this role would be £90 per day.
The school have stated that the desired candidate must have experience in a similar role/setting and unfortunately no sponsorships are currently available for this role (or any of our others via our agency).

- Level 3, 4 or Degree in Special Needs, TA, Childcare, Health & Social
- EYFS, Primary and Secondary classes available (working with SEN)
- The role will be full time, starting Monday 22nd Sept (8:30-3:30)
- Rates for this role are expected to be £90 per day
- Full enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willing to apply)
