Description
CERT Solutions are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Harborne.
This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday), working 1:1 with a pupil who has autism and requires personal care, starting as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will:

Have proven experience supporting children with ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) and ADHD.

Be patient, proactive, and able to adapt learning strategies to meet individual needs.

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure progress and wellbeing.
Requirements:

Previous SEN experience in a school setting (ASC/ADHD essential).
- A minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant area.

Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach.

A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
