SEN Support (Secondary – low ability class) required for a full time long term position in Erdington starting in September 2025, with chance of the role turning permanent!
CERT Solutions are a family run 5* education agency, specialising in flexible day cover, short/long term assignments, as well as permanent contracts within schools across Birmingham/Sandwell/Dudley and surrounding areas.
We are currently working with a friendly SEN setting near Erdington area of Birmingham, who require a male SEN care assistant to join the team on a long term full time basis. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.
The desired candidate(s) will be comfortable working with autism and ADHD students and must be comfortable assisting students with personal care in the (male) toilets, hence why the school would prefer a male for this role.
The school have stated that the desired candidate must have experience in a similar role/setting and unfortunately no sponsorships are currently available for this role (or any of our others via our agency).

- SEN Support working with KS3/4 students with ASD/ADHD diagnosis
- The role will be Monday – Friday (full time) starting in September
- Rates start from £90 per day for full day shifts
- Experience working in a special school or residential childcare required
- A relevant qualification i.e. health and social care level 3
- Full enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willing to apply)
