CERT Solutions are seeking a compassionate SEN Teacher to work in a primary class of pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). This is a full-time role in a Birmingham special school that prides itself on person-centred teaching and building meaningful progress through routine, relationships, and sensory-based learning.
📍 Location: Central Birmingham
📅 Start Date: October 2025
🕒 Type: Full-time | Long-term
In this role, you’ll:
- Plan and deliver highly differentiated lessons
- Use a sensory curriculum and physical resources
- Liaise closely with TAs and therapists
- Create a classroom that meets both physical and learning needs
What we’re looking for:
- QTS with experience in PMLD or complex needs
- SEN school experience required
- Strong understanding of physical disabilities and sensory learning
- Calm, consistent and caring teaching style
