SEN Early Careers Teachers required for a full time long term position in Erdington starting in September 2025, with chance of the role turning permanent!
CERT Solutions are a family run 5* education agency, specialising in flexible day cover, short/long term assignments, as well as permanent contracts within schools across Birmingham/Sandwell/Dudley and surrounding areas.
We are currently working with a friendly SEN setting in Erdington who require a Early Career Teachers (SEN) to join the team to help support either long term assignments (or temp-perm) posts. Primary & Secondary classes available.
The desired candidate(s) will have knowledge of planning lessons for either primary or secondary students with additional needs and be available to start first or second week back in September (Mon-Fri 8:30-3:30).
The school have stated that the desired candidate must have experience in a similar role/setting and unfortunately no sponsorships are currently available for this role (or any of our others via our agency).

- SEN ECT working within a all through special school
- Monday – Friday (full time)
- Rates start from £165+ per day
- Experience teaching in UK schools with SEND required
- A relevant teaching qualification ie. PGCE with QTS
- Full enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willing to apply)
