Description
CERT Solutions are working on behalf of a forward-thinking SEN Trust in Birmingham who are looking for SEN Teachers who are available for flexible cover across their schools across Erdington and near the Aston and Lozells area. This is a part-time, adaptable role, ideal for teachers available from 1 and/or up to 5 days per week to help with PPA, sickness, and short-term cover. It’s a great way to stay in the classroom without committing to long-term planning or a fixed timetable.

🕒 Type: Part-time | Flexible (1 to 5 days per week)
In this role, you’ll:
- Provide cover across schools in the trust
- Support pupils with a range of SEN needs
- Work in both primary and secondary special school settings
- Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons
What we’re looking for:
- QTS and special school experience
- Flexible availability (1 to 5 days per week)
- Confident teaching across varied age groups and needs
- A positive, adaptable approach
