Description
CERT Solutions are seeking an enthusiastic educator to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Bordesley Green from September 2025 on a full-time, long-term basis. The school are searching for an experienced Year 2 teacher who is looking for their next role.
About the Role:
- Teaching a Year 2 class within a supportive and inclusive school environment
- Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
- Working closely with teaching assistants and senior leadership to ensure pupil progress
- Full classroom responsibilities including planning, assessment, and parent communication
Requirements:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (preferably Year 2)
- A positive attitude and strong classroom management skills
- DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Ideal Candidate:
- Committed to raising standards and inspiring young learners
- Organised, proactive, and confident in leading a Year 2 class
- Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
