Description
CERT Solutions are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Edgbaston from September 2025. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, ideal for a teacher who enjoys supporting children through the exciting transition into Key Stage 2.
The Role:
- Teaching a Year 3 class, helping pupils make a smooth progression from Key Stage 1
- Creating engaging, well-structured lessons that spark curiosity and promote independent learning
- Delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum in a creative, inclusive, and supportive environment
- Using effective assessment strategies to monitor progress and support all learners
- Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents to ensure every child reaches their potential
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Has recent or relevant experience in Lower Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and the ability to adapt to pupils’ individual needs
- Shows enthusiasm for developing children’s learning through creative and engaging teaching
- Is a positive team player who values collaboration and communication
