We are working with a number of brilliant special schools across Birmingham who are looking for enthusiastic, open-minded, and confident Early Career Teachers to join their teams from September 2025. Whether you’re seeking full-time, part-time or day-to-day work, we can help match you with the right setting to suit your goals.
These roles are ideal for ECTs who have had at least one placement within an SEN school and are looking to further their experience in a supportive, rewarding and hands-on environment.
What we’re looking for:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience or placement in an SEN setting
- Confidence in adapting teaching to meet a range of needs
- A patient, flexible and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for inclusive education
