Description
CERT Solutions are working in partnership with a school in Dudley who are looking to appoint a Site Manager on a full time, temporary basis as soon as possible.
Job Duties
- Responsible for cleaning and ensuring areas and grounds are clean and tidy.
- Carry out gardening works and grounds maintenance.
- Perform basic fabric maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain building security and carry out security checks.
Job Requirements
- Preferably applicants will have experience within a similar role is essential.
- Have knowledge of health & safety regulations. Good communication skills and experience carrying out minor maintenance and repairs.
- The Caretaker will be required to have a DBS check.
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay.
