We’re working with a fantastic special school in Birmingham that supports pupils with Complex Needs and Autism. This is a brilliant opportunity for a caring and passionate SEN Teacher to make a real impact on young lives. The school is based near Erdington with local public transport routes.
Your role will involve:
- Teaching and supporting pupils with Complex Needs and Autism
- Creating engaging, tailored lessons that help every child achieve their best
- Working closely with a supportive team of teaching assistants, therapists and senior staff
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils feel safe and inspired

🕒 Type: Long-term, ongoing (full-time)
What We’re Looking For:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – Primary or Secondary
- Experience working with children with Autism and Complex Needs
- A kind, nurturing and flexible approach
- Someone who is passionate about SEN and truly wants to make a difference
