CERT Solutions are searching for a Reception Teacher who is looking to inspire young learners at the very start of their education journey. We are working with a primary school in the Ladywood area of Birmingham who are seeking a compassionate teacher to join their dedicated Early Years team from September 2025.
This is a long term role until the end of the academic year in 2026 and also has the potential to go permanent for the right person.
The school are a two-form entry school with a supportive leadership team and a collaborative staff culture. The school offers an ideal environment for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers. The school will also sign off inductions for the right candidate, with tailored mentoring and professional development.
The Role:
- Full-time Reception Class Teacher
- Plan, deliver and assess high-quality EYFS lessons
- Foster a safe, stimulating and positive classroom environment
- Work closely with support staff and families to nurture individual pupil progress
- Engage in wider school life and development
What We’re Looking For:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A genuine passion for Early Years education
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Creativity, flexibility, and commitment
- Willingness to support the ethos and values of the school
