CERT Solutions are searching for an SEN Teacher ready to make a lasting impact in a supportive primary school. We are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Aston that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their high needs resource base from September 2025.

You will lead a small class of pupils with complex special educational needs, providing tailored support within a purpose-built resource base. Working closely with a team of skilled teaching assistants and the school’s SENCO, you will deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of each child.

This is a full time long term role, with potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience working with children with a range of SEND, particularly high needs or complex needs
  • Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills
  • A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach
  • Commitment to inclusive education and child-centred learning
