Calling all ECT’s! Are you currently doing your PGCE or Degree with QTS? Are you looking to secure a permanent role from September 2025? If you have answered ‘yes’ to the last two questions then CERT Solutions would love to hear from you!
CERT Solutions are attending an event after May half term with all 26 Birmingham Special Schools present, we are hoping to gather a pool of SEN Teachers to take with us for the Head Teachers to look at for roles that are starting September 2025. We will then be organising interviews and ‘meet and greets’ at large pool of special schools for those who get short listed.
Please note this event is for candidates who have a genuine interested and passion in making a difference to those with special educational needs. There will be roles from SEMH, Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties to Severe and Complex Needs including PMLD.

The role:
- Calling all ECT’s who have an interest in SEN
- Birmingham based
- Part time and full time roles
- 8:30am – 3:30pm
- September 2025 start
- Permanent and temporary contracts available
Requirements:
- ECT / QTS
- SEN experience or knowledge
- A genuine interest in special educational needs
- Able to work at least one full day per week
