CERT Solutions are looking for an SEN TA for a secondary special school based in the Erdington area for a September 2025 start. The role involves supporting a female student with limited speech with Autism and complex needs. The student is in year 8 and uses PECS to support her communication. The Headteacher is looking for someone who has worked with SEN previously in either a special school or a residential setting.

The role:
- SEN Teaching Assistant 1:1 (Autism and complex needs)
- Erdington (secondary SEN)
- Must be available full time
- 8:30am – 3:30pm
- September 2025 start
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in childcare
- SEN School experience or experience in residential
- Able to commit to full time and long term work
