CERT Solutions are looking for newly qualified teachers looking to secure their first long term teaching role. We are working closely with a number of mainstream primary schools in the Erdington area of Birmingham who are seeking dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join their teams from September 2025 for full-time, long-term placements.
The schools have specified that they would be looking to sign off the candidates first year of their ECT should they be successful after an initial interview process.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (based on your preference and strengths)
- Plan, prepare and assess pupils’ work in line with the national curriculum
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Participate in school life, including meetings and training sessions
- Receive full ECT induction support from the school
Requirements:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – obtained or pending for Summer 2025
- Strong classroom management and a proactive, positive approach to teaching
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to complete all necessary vetting checks
