Description
CERT Solutions are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil with Autism in a primary school in Wolverhampton. This is a full-time role starting as soon as possible and will continue until the summer at least.
Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism
- Support with structured routines and communication strategies
- Collaborate with the SENCO and class teacher to implement support plans
- Build positive and trusting relationships
- Encourage participation and progress in the classroom
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Experience supporting pupils with Autism or additional needs
- A calm, consistent and supportive approach
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies
- Level 2/3 TA qualification (desirable)
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
