Are you a confident and adaptable primary school teacher looking for a flexible part-time opportunity?
We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Primary School Teacher to provide classroom cover across all year groups within a welcoming primary school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, qualified teacher who is confident stepping into different classrooms, adapting to new year groups and delivering pre-planned lessons to ensure continuity of learning for pupils.
The Role:
- Working 2–3 days per week on a part-time basis.
- Flexibility to work any day between Monday and Friday, depending on the school’s requirements.
- Providing classroom cover across all primary year groups.
- Confidently stepping into the classroom and delivering pre-planned lessons.
- Maintaining a positive, engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring pupils remain focused and engaged.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has successfully completed their induction period (ECT induction).
- Has previous experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Is confident delivering lessons across different year groups.
- Is adaptable, reliable and flexible in their approach.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Is able to hit the ground running and take ownership of the classroom.
